The Blind Bat Brewery is owned and operated by Paul Dlugokencky,
a published cartoonist and illustrator.

When he's not creating cartoons for his website aDailyCartoon.com,
illustrations for the American Physical News Online,
or for science writer Jennifer Ouellette , he is passionately brewing beer.

Paul believes that freshness is most important in appreciating a beer's quality.
He brews his beer in small batches, uses only the freshest ingredients,
and is continually searching for new and exciting recipes to thrill the palate


The Brewery is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 12 p.m.
