Koha on Debian installation documentation

Introduction

This an unofficial description of a simple koha installation on Debian testing, currently squeeze. It is unofficial because it was written by me, Thomas Krichel. The installation itself is simple because

It does not include the installation of the last non-Debian packaged Perl module, HTTP::OAI.
It does not include the running of Zebra. I install Zebra when I install koha, but when the koha web installer runs I choose not to run it. The reason for this is that I did not find an appropriate init script for it that would fit with the requirements of Debian's dependency-based boot that is being introduced in squeeze.

The simplicity is imposed by the requirement that the documentation was prepared for my LIS508 course, Winter 2010.
